A little about me...
I have been working as a therapist since 2011. Over the years, I have crafted and mastered powerful ways to help bring people back to themselves and live
richer, happier and healthier lives.
I have learnt so much about people and what gets in their way, what they need to overcome stress and to feel peaceful.
I have worked with thousands of people over the years, so I have gained a great understanding of what makes long-lasting change.

When you learn to master your thoughts and learn to sit with them and let them flow, instead of ruminating on them, you will experience an unbelievable inner peace and calm. Then all fear begins to melt away.
Most of the fears we think about...never come true. Our brain doesn’t know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. So, when we ruminate on a negative thought over and over, we start to believe it and lose confidence in ourselves. Our world can then become smaller, full of fear and endless thoughts of worse-case scenarios. When this happens, it can turn into a habitual pattern that can feel hard to break.
If you can master finding inner peace, even in the most difficult of times, your life will get a whole lot easier.

When I'm working 1-2-1 with my clients, the home of Wholehearted Happiness is my beautiful, peaceful cabin in the countryside, just outside Norwich.
My Approach
Using a combination of hypnosis, solution-focused psychotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, and NLP you can learn how to live a limitless life. There really are no limits to what you are capable of.
As you learn and grow, you will see your true potential. Once you let go of those self-imposing limiting beliefs, your life transforms beyond your wildest dreams.
This then has a ripple effect on your whole family. Especially if you have children in the household.

I realise that so many children are struggling with their mental health, so I work with the whole family to give you all some guidance and support to make changes, so you can bring peace and confidence back to your child’s life. I can also help you to navigate these difficult times. It is vital that you as a parent have support too. Seeing your child feeling anxious or depressed can be gut-wrenching. Once you have the tools and techniques in place, life can get a whole lot easier and calmer for all of you.
Just making a few changes can make all the difference to your wellbeing.
