One in 20 men and 1 in 10 women will get PTSD in their lifetime. This can be caused by being exposed to a stressful event, or worrying about a real or imagined event. It could be that you have witnessed or been through a traumatic event. There are many ways we can develop PTSD. It can happen straight after the event or sometime after.

Symptoms of PTSD:​

· High anxiety

· Depression

· Flashbacks

· Panic attacks

· Nightmares and sleepless nights

· Recurring, distressing feelings of the event/trauma almost as intense as when it actually happened

Nobody should have to live with PTSD.

There are some very effective techniques that I practice that can rid you of it calmly and safely. You will feel relaxed and dissociated from the trauma in the sessions, feeling very safe at all times. After each session, you will feel much lighter. The anxiety will begin to disappear.

I have helped a lot of people get over their debilitating PTSD, which had stolen part of their life. They were highly anxious, having panic attacks and flashbacks. Many have been scared to go to sleep as they would dream about it over and over again.

It is such an honour for me to work with people who have experienced PTSD for years. They leave with a feeling of hope and happiness, that they are free of it. I then help them to remap their preferred future without fear and anxiety.

Then they start to see what they are truly capable of.
